I have been a OnePlus user since the model 3T. The model 12 will be my 4th OnePlus phone, eventho my model 8 Pro charges super-fast and holds a charge for 2 days. All of my previous OnePlus phones still function properly today.

I pre-ordered my 12 on the 23rd. I've followed OnePlus since 2014 and have a lot of brand loyalty. HOWEVER, if I didn't know them and just saw this, I wouldn't go near it due to this keynote. You'll find more energy and passion in a dementia care home! I was at the 7t series launch in London and Pete knew how to work a stage! This crew really let the side down

Buy it from China (Trading Shenzhen). 24gb ram, 1tb storage and white colour costs around 800-900$ including shipping/taxes. The 1tb models seems to be China exclusive but Trading Shenzhen delivers them with oxygen os for +25$ compared to the colorOS version

First of all thanks for your valuable response. Actually I understood about the free gift is available only for first 1000 orders. But my concern is different. When I ordered the 12, I marked the gift option and it shows (0/1) wireless charger out of stock. I placed the order and watched some videos on KZbin about the device then came to know about the gift. Again I opened the OnePlus store just simply checked for the gift by casually placing the order. At that time the gift is available and it shows (1/1) and I can select the wireless charger option. But can't do anything because I already placed the order. I thought like it was my fate and really unlucky. That's why I raised the concern about is anything else you can do for me. If you can help me with by adding any kind of free gift that would be greatly appreciated. Hope to hear from you soon. Can't you understand OnePlus??
