Not only are the backing tracks amazing, but you also put the chord progressions up. I can't say enough about how much this helps me with my soloing!
@EliteBackingTracks6 жыл бұрын
That is great to hear! We make these tracks because we are musicians ourselves, and know how important it is to be able to see the chord progressions in order to solo «within the box», so to speak.
@rayfantastico76785 жыл бұрын
Beautiful progression. I’ve learned jazz chord relationships by experimenting with the chords here. Learning what they are, switching them around, and creating melodies out of them. Thank you so much!

So i was lying in my bed, listening to this while soloing on my bass with closed eye, i feel like im playing on top of the stage with purple lightings, people are watching me and applaused but when the track stopped i open my eyes back and realize im just a bandless bassist :(
@EliteBackingTracks8 жыл бұрын
He he, well, if you are a bandless bassist then our tracks is just for you my friend! :D

Very nice. I love the I - IV - I start and then straight into a II - V - I in D. Puts me to the test straight away :-) And then followed with a B major to the V chord in A major (perfect cadence back to A) The nice thing is you have it all connected musically which is fantastic. Thanks for this backing track!

I dunno how to solo, I just mess around with the scale. Any tips or is this something you "play from your heart and soul"? (not saying there is anything wrong with that)
@Skatinima5 жыл бұрын
Play chord tones and arpeggios related to the chord you're playing over. But also smooth it out with the other notes of the scale(s)

After the 2-5-1 at the beginning, does the key change from A to D? And what the hell is this "Abm7b5-Db7b9-F#m11" progression??? It's a 2-5-1 but how does the first chords sound good?? And does the key change again?
@newtonlkh6 жыл бұрын
