Sounds like cinnamon rolls are coming next. Well, let me tell you what I did with one of your recipes. It was the dream biscuits. After making the batter I used it to make 6 biscuits then with the remaining batter I added 1/2 t cinnamon, about another 1/4th cup of VKF and stirred that up. I then melted about a half stick of salted butter and in another bowl I added 2 T of cinnamon, 1 T brown Swerve and 3 T white granular Swerve or your choice if sweetener. I mixed it up. I then used a cookie scoop to make small balls about the size of a walnut. I dropped and rolled them in the melted butter then rolled them in the cinnamon swerve mixture and put them into a greased baking dish. I use a 8x8 casserole dish. I baked them about 10-14 minutes then made up some frosting using butter and confectioners Swerve and a t of vanilla. I let them cool a bit then drizzled the icing on top. Oh so delish. My inspiration came from a video using traditional ready made biscuits.

I make Dream Biscuits weekly using the VKF and they turn out awesome every single time! I use the keto milk and erythritol. They are light, fluffy, and delicious!

99.9k!… My heart skipped a beat or 2. lol. Why am I so obsessed with 100k? Because Victoria has made SUCH an impact on keto! Like… holy moly that’s a BIG deal! It’s quite telling, how many other channels have posted about her channel and made videos trying her recipes. I see her name and channel mentioned on websites, as well. I made something very near this just this morning, but I folded in 1c of heavy whipping cream and then whipped until it came back to your consistency. It is really tasty and very light and easy to spread, plus it holds its "shape" when spread on a cake. Love keto icing!!

And that looks beautiful!! Your pudding cookies are next on our treat agenda. Something I can put this on, might be next! 🤩 Also gotta add, this week I climbed up and retrieved my ‘binder’ cookbook, that I started when I first got married… In a previous century! 😳🫣👵🏻. My favourite banana food I’ve ever had is one of the earliest entries in “Tamara’s Cookbook.” Called, “Crunchy top banana cake.” Made it with your flour. Or, my adaptation because we can’t seem to handle much bamboo… even though I adore its addition to everything keto baking. Added CALCIUM CARBONATE powder, which seems to have helped a LOT. I made some other tweaks to reduce bamboo. And OMG 👀… the texture is almost indistinguishable from the original wheat flour & sugars recipe. My husband was wide-eyed with a little disbelief. Made cupcakes instead of cake, which worked beautifully. Easier with just 2 of us. Freeze surplus, take out as wanted for a blink of time in the microwave. I don’t think I can even describe how soft and fluffy they are. Here I am eating dreamy, completely decadent 😢muffins - to get good news on the scale in the morning. Like… What?! 😃🙃🥳 lol … Perhaps one day I’ll stop being QUITE so excited, lol… But that is not this day. 😂🥰🎉

How do you keep your powdered allulose from clumping or turning into a hard mass?
@victoriasketokitchen3 ай бұрын
Shake the container often and there are things u can buy yo keep the humidity down in your pantry
@LafemmeRoar3 ай бұрын
Allulose doesn't clump. I use it all the time for baking. Other sweeteners don't melt. Allulose melts.
@lighthousefan55383 ай бұрын
I make my own from powdered sweetener from granular allulose. But the humidity here in VA is so high that it always starts clumping in my sealed OXO container within a couple of hours. Then, it becomes rock hard within a few days. I'll definitely try the clay humidity disks.
@LafemmeRoar3 ай бұрын
It has never clumped in my recipes. You can use a sieve I suppose when adding it, but allulose is not erythritol (that never melts). I add allulose in my coffee, tea...everything.

What about if you grind up Xytiol, Erthyitol, Stevia or Monk fruit, in a coffee grinder. It makes a powder. Unfortunately I am one of those that cannot use Allousoe.
@jholcomb95323 ай бұрын
Erythritol and Xylitol will re-crystallize and make your product gritty. Ask me how I know. 😢Monkfruit is always mixed with Erythritol.

Would Swerve powdered sugar work the same as allulose?
@victoriasketokitchen3 күн бұрын
No im sorry its a different amount so the bulk wouldn’t be there but more importantly the properties of allulose are very close to sugar and without allulose you wouldnt be able to create “syrup”

Will someone please explain how much “a stick” of butter is? It’s not a measurement that exists in Australia
@sGodiva-sp7oc3 ай бұрын
One stick of butter is equivalent to 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons of butter. It weighs about 4 ounces or approximately 113 grams
