Thank you I have had that model over 20 years. Wore out my wide side jar at about 7 years and Blendtec replaced it. I was very impressed with that excellent customer service. I have a little fishing cabin I just ordered the Blendtec 800 so it will be sound isolated. I am looking forward to that

All the cycles are programmed and timed. There are also old-school speed options so you can cycle how you want. These also stop at 50 seconds automatically.

Sounds GREAT! I'm going to Aldi tomorrow, get the ingredients and make a juice like that. It looks delicious.

Here's my current favorite add in order shown. 1/4 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice 1/2 cup of raw whole cranberries 1 orange roughly peeled, split into sections 1 Granny Smith apple roughly cut in quarters 1 cup loosely packed spinach or similar greens 2-3 drops of Agave sweetener or a bit of honey, dash of ginger (optional items) 1/2 cup of Squirt, Sprite, 7-Up or similar beverage 5-6 ice cubes. Makes about 22 ounces.

Omg! When he said stop...I was like that is so cool until he burst my bubble of happiness. That was funny though! Nicely done! I have a Ninja that I love....but...I think I'm gonna start saving up for one of these!

great demo. Especially like when he turns into Michael Scott and mentions the blender is voice activated..."no, not really."

Well done! Please do more of these -- every time I see a raw-food demo they always prefer the Vitamix. I have a Blendtec and I KNOW it's better. BTW: you did not mention the fact that Blendtec fits on a kitchen countertop under a typical kitchen cabinet -- Vitamix does not.

😂 these comments are hilarious. I’m waiting for my designer 725 to arrive. I’m super excited to try the blendtec blender. I had to toss out my old Ninja.

@V K Woah woah woah... are you implying that blending a person would be a challenge? This is a Blendtec we're talking about here. That monster has 1,560 watts of seed liquefying, bone breaking, gut crunching fury driving those 4 inch diameter stainless steel blades at 20,000 malicious revolutions per minute. Grinding a person into mince meat isn't even a test of it's power, this contraption could blend your HOUSE into a puree. A person is nothing and, quite frankly, your comment makes me laugh. Hey, I have a blendtec and when I try to make smoothies, it is pushing the liquid up, creating an air pocket on where I CONSTANTLY have to add more liquid and keep pushing it down. Suggestions?

Tides On Earth maybe less frozen food or ice, it’s probably because your concoction is too thick.

i dont like lots of berries in my smoothie. i hate the seeds.
@stephenroah8731

Seeds, for the most part, will be processed without any notice of them in the dull-bladed Blendtec jar; they are smashed into the liquid unlike finding small pieces which sharp-bladed blenders leave behind. Blackberries and pomegranate seeds are the exception, but feel free to use seeded grapes. You will never see any trace of a seed!

.the container scratches to easily.
@stephenroah8731

The jar does mar because it's made of a BPA-free material. The scratches don't compromise the integrity of the jar itself; they're only cosmetic.

Heres my question. You say that greens are good, watermelon etc.... but does it matter if we only put a small handful of greens. For example, one serving is 2 cups vs how you put a little bit.
@steveroah4500
@steveroah4500 10 жыл бұрын
Malikai good question. It doesn't really matter how much "green" you put in your drink. Although it is recommended that we have 1 1/2 cups each day. The fact is when you do use greens in your drinks you are getting vitamin K, potassium, folic acid, carotenoids and omega-3 fatty acids. All of which are extremely healthy. Green is the new caffeine. When I make daily green drinks, organic Kale is our preferred choice. Yummie!!! Thanks for the excellent question.

Steve Roah Nice demo Steve! I got a Blendtek Total blender Designer model recently and it's everything you say and more. One thing I've started doing and like a lot is just pour some unsweetened Pomegranate juice in a ice cube tray, freeze, then throw in 5-6 instead of regular ice cubes. Adds a nice tart kick.
@steveroah4500

Great job WillieoFroanoke! Just remember to put the softest ingredients (with the most liquid, i.e., watermelon, grapes etc.) first, then solid fruits/veggies, greens and anything frozen at the top. Healthy blending to you.

He was so bloody boring going on about the fruit. That amount of fruit isn't healthy, as it's packed with sugar.
