I did that “self stretch” (hands on thighs and then roll arms overhead) at the 22:38 mark and my back CLUNKED into place. I’ve tried so many lower back stretches and now finally - this is the one!!! Also - I’d love to find someone in Australia that gives such a thorough treatment.. watching someone else receive such a thorough treatment kinda has a flow on effect to the viewer (it does to me anyway…!) THANK YOU 🙏

Truly an Amazon woman causing ripples helping people she will never even meet.

OMG I wish I had this treatment!! A chiropractor told me the other day that because I had anterior cervical fusion 5&6 that no one should ever adjust my neck! I had the surgery in the 90’s and they took a bone graft from my hip so shouldn’t it be healed enough?
@teacheschem2 жыл бұрын
Isn’t it a fusion of vertebrae to stabilize? Does it ever go back to being “normal”? I’m sure it’s healed- in months.
@rhondaholeinoneon162 жыл бұрын

When doing the midback on the ground stretch with the wheel, does it matter the width of the wheel or can i use a foam roller (its wider than me)? Or does the stretch come from the wheel being narrower than their back as well?
