I have made some similar molds, but I have never heard of "Freeform Air" I look forward to trying it. A little backyard shop tip; once you get the clay mostly cleaned out you can power-wash the rest of it out pretty easy.

Very informative and appreciated. Do you think it possible to share the quantities used for the specific project shown? It would be very helpful for us in calculating the cost of materials needed for similar sized projects.

I'll talk with Milo and see if he kept records of exactly how much he thinks he used.

Super cool and informative! Looks amazing as well! I love how reserved you are with the materials. I'm curious, do you reuse the clay after making the mould?

Yes, most of the clay was melted down, filtered and poured into slabs for next use.
