Looks great but I never seen mayo in mashed potatoes, learned something new today. Guess it’s like adding sour cream to baked potatoes, got to try it. TFS

The mayo makes them fluffy and creamy. You should definitely try it👍🏼

🤔 Where in the world is the vegetable. I need some corn on the cob or snap peas to go with this delicious meal. I'm gonna try this with those Boneless Top Round Steak Cutlets and some chopped mushrooms in with the onions instead of pork. Then for dessert, some Cinnamon Roll Cake and call it a night.

If you are asking how you store them, freeze them in individual food prep containers. I do this all the time and I take them to work to enjoy when I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to grab something for lunch at work👍🏼
