Serves 6
1 large Sweet Onion Sliced
2 medium Squash
4 tbsp of Vegan Butter
1 tbsp of Red House Seasoning
1 tsp of vegan Chicken Bouillon
Melt vegan butter over medium- High heat. Add onions and Squash. Season and cover for 7- 10 mins. Depending on the softness you like. Serve over Rice and enjoy
