Thank god I stumbled upon this video while studying ILD...clarity of ILD has finally developed...really without histopathological aspect you can't really study ILD you can just rote memorise it.. Thank you so much doc!!

I begin eagerly to see this video, because it is a challenging topic. The quality of sound and picture is not perfect, making following the talk difficult. It is a bit unorganized. A new edition of this video would be helpful.
