That first one reminds me of the Light-n-bolts I used on my old mk1 when the original lenses went to heck from rust and cracked plastic, cool little handy lights. Love this tech stuff, I could watch this stuff all day.

2:55 Yup I feel ya on the cutting of wires to remove them, that's the only drawback. It's probably one of these things that's been in the back of my mind for years about these, I'm gonna have to look into some little itty bitty wire connectors so that doesn't have to happen. If memory recalls, I don't even think a standard bullet connector with the plastic crimp wrap will fit thru them. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking maybe some "small computer style pins" would work to fix that issue. When I get to that point down the road of figuring that out, I'll be sure to let you know! Love this brainstorming tech ,you always get me thinking ❤️

I recalled this video at the appropriate time. Had tried to retain the stock plate light thst Msrk details on the Charger Kit roll pan. I'm all over the riv-nuts, I use them everywhere now. Because I've complicated things with a hidden hitch (behind plate) and a Boyo Camera/back-up light frame from Crutchfield I'm thinking the Oznium strip will work well. Thanks!

They say the devil is in the details! Love the options and I will run the extra wires for sure. Thanks for sharing.
