Snack Mix 4 Ways

Here is what you'll need!
SNACK MIX 4 WAY
Serving 6-10
Peanut Butter Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Mix
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate
¼ cup smooth peanut butter
5 cups rice cereal
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup peanut butter chocolate candy
PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, melt chocolate mix in microwave for 60 seconds. Stir every 15 seconds until melted.
Place cereal in large bowl. Mix in melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
In a large plastic bag, add powdered sugar and the peanut butter chocolate candy.
Close and shake until each cereal is coated with sugar. Add in desired candies.
Enjoy!
Cookies and Cream
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Mix

1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 cups rice cereal
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup crushed cookies
PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, melt chocolate mix in microwave for 60 seconds. Stir every 15 seconds until melted.
Add extract into melted chocolate.
Place cereal in large bowl. Mix in melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
In a large plastic bag, add powdered sugar and the crushed cookies.
Close and shake until each cereal is coated with sugar.
Enjoy!
Mint Chocolate
INGREDIENTS

5 cups rice cereal
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup mint chocolate candies
PREPARATION

Add extract into melted chocolate.
Place cereal in large bowl. Mix in melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
In a large plastic bag, add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and mint chocolate candies.
Close and shake until each cereal is coated with sugar.
Enjoy!
Cake Batter

In a large plastic bag, add powdered sugar and the sprinkles.
Close and shake until each cereal is coated with sugar.

Jodi C I think the extract might be too cold and causes the chocolate to set, try it with extract at room temperature, if that doesn't work I don't know what could.

Everyone complaining about this could be diabetic but seriously, who could finish this off alone???? Just consider this as a sweet little stuff to treat yourself once in a while. Whatever thing you eat, if you took a large amount of them, more than you should be taking, it could cause you harm too. So, I don't think this sweets could not be much of harm if you don't eat them like you never eat before.

I tried to make the cake batter one and the mint one, in both recipes, the extract caused the chocolate to turn into a big glob, and I couldn't mix it in with the cereal! I'm so confused! For the mint chocolate version I prefer using the andes baking chocolate instead of semisweet chocolate with the extract... tried both ways and with the Andes is better every time( tastes like thin mints!)
