28:12 i think the answer is I L P the logic in my mind is that c-d the skip is 0, d-f the skip is 1 so not repeated. F to I would be 2 so reapeted twice hence F-I then I-L, then L-P would be 3 skips so repeats the skip 3 times hence then P-T then T-X lemme know if I make sense Edit: if the H was supposed to be G then this would be wrong but otherwise its right. at least the logic is. maybe there's another logic

In a normal year, remainder is 1, then we take First and last day of year to be same, also in feb, first and last day is same when we take remainder as 1 (i.e. 29 days), then why here, we take same day when R is 0?
