No. There is only one arrangement as per the condition: AIIO. Since I's are already arranged, no need for any more adjustments.

two I's are considered, in first method only one stance is favorable no matter which of the two I's are placed in whatsoever manner and in the second method while calculating the total arrangements it is taken into consideration in eliminating double results as in 4!/2! so answer will be7580, hope it helps.
