Been thinking the same, Hope the SO debt didn't get a hold of him, I used to have a debt with SO feels great at the time being able to buy all these tools on credit, but when your still forking out sums 3 years later still paying that shit off you start to realise that something is wrong. I've been there done it and never again, tools are tools at the end of the day, they should be worked and worked hard, they shouldn't be brought because there "Nice" looking.
@erictech20118 күн бұрын
@@gilbymdgrekords8579I also have been there but I thank god to keep pushing and found jobs that need techs and get paid good. 🙏 SO does not play with there payments on time policy.

@John if thats the case, must be the snap on Bill that caused the desperation.
@jacob.s36193 жыл бұрын
@John is that not the way of flat rate? That's my understanding. It's not him or the mechanics personally charging 2.5hrs, that's the given time to that job by the guidelines of the manufacture. If the mechanic can achieve the job in 10minutes due to expertise and the job is still done 100percent, no corners cut then so be it. Because iv learn with working within the allocated manufacture times given that some times the job can take a lot longer then the given 2.5hrs and it might take 3-4hrs, but the customers isn't charged the extra time...but that's warranty work I speak of. Non flat rate mechanics are given a time to do the task and if done quicker then the manufactures time then the supervisor says "great, here is another" and the dealership pockets the extra time. But that's not to say the dealership is ripping customers off, because that extra time saved by one mechanic will be used up by another that has gone over the allocated time and the dealership has to cop the extra time on the chin. It's a give and take system, it's just how business work.
