Holy moly those ships are straight up awesome toys. I can’t necessarily see myself getting into something like this, but for those into that, it looks ridiculously cool.

I always recommend this game, and to just buy a starter and see if you dig it. If so, they sell bundles for the cards/different ships. f you buy two starters for $80/ea that’s pretty much all you’ll ever need unless you choose to expand. And $160 isn’t TOO unreasonable for a game this size now a days. If you wanna get nuts they sell a 3v3 bundle for under $200 which gives you a TON of everything.

COMPONENTS - As I said in the review, you'll have to buy a lot of different products to fully expand your options. But the ships are fun to put together, the cards and components are well made, and I have no complaints. 0:00 - Introduction 0:31 - Dice Luck 1:19 - Play Variety 2:01 - Automa System 2:55 - Ship Building 4:30 - Tactical Combat 6:01 - Final Thoughts

Thats exactly why I skipped on the Kickstarter. I already own three full waves of kits prior to the game and NONE of that can carry over because you need the cards for the upgrades, meaning you gotta buy more expansions. They nickel and dimed the thing and it was a big turn off. I'll stick with the building sets.

@@DarthP00P00 even if I stop playing the game my kids still enjoy the ships. The sets are great ;)

Hey @@DarthP00P00, all the ships supported in the game do carry over, you just need card packs ($10 for 2 ships) which are also sold separately exactly for this reason - for already invested Snap Ships fans. No need to buy any models again (you will need a Starter Box for core components).

@@OneStopCoopShop And they at least have parted out the gaming components so you can buy what cards you need relatively easily. Would be nice if they did it for singular ships, and I'm not sure what they are going to do with all the Ground Focused Craft or the really big Models, but the line is smart for going Toys/Models first and THEN adding the Gaming Aspect.

When I saw this vid, I was crossing my fingers, hoping it would get a positive review. All your comments were spot on and I agree with them. I bought all the ships availability and the game does really shine outside of the starter kit. The only thing this game needs (other than more ships) is some sort of campaign. The game is great but it needs a reasoj to keep it on the table.

I personally don't need anymore campaign games than the dozen+ I already have, but I understand the sentiment 😅

Is the game compatible with the prexisting ships?
@OneStopCoopShop10 ай бұрын
Pretty much all of them? Some things like the super large ships and the robot and tank aren’t supported

Get outta my head. I was just about to crack this game open! You should also give Star Trek Alliance a try. It was done by the same developer and has a great AI system. Would be curious to see what you think of it.

They were supposed to send it to me for review, but haven’t heard back
