Now nozzle/hotend swaps please :) ... I would also appretiate nore responsive and knowledgable support ... Im in process of module replacement and Im not sure if it was necessary and if it will help and it was lot of hassle. I hope it will help and was not just some software issue. The dual extruder seems to overall be very problematic and not that greatly designed which is considering its price and what you aimed for originally ease of use and qualitywise quite disapoitment. Atleast I hope the replacement will be the version with gear doors reasonably fixed. There are definitely lot of places to improve - support, communication on forums, software and slow development, quality of new releases but I hope you will eventually get there and my snapmaker A250 has long and great future before it self full of software upgrades and ocassional HW ones ... that original "modular approach, lot of modules" was after all what got many of us hooked up in first place :)

Totally agree! I've had the same experience, and snapmaker support (while being more or less pleasant) have provided exactly zero solutions. Now that i am aware of the (ridiculous) 7 day return policy, i'll be much more wary of purchasing any further components or products from snapmaker. Up to this experience, i was thrilled with my SnapMaker A350, this has very much soured me on this manufacturer

@@Snapmaker What about a short video how to replace the hotend on the dual extrusion module? I know it can be done in seconds, but a short video would be good to avoid people having issues.
