The plaintiff says her son the co-plaintiff dated the defendant, and she moved into their home. She claims the defendant falsely accused her son of breaking her arm, so she’s suing for lawyer fee, court costs, and emotional distress. The defendant insists the co-plaintiff attacked her. She filed and restraining order and he was convicted for the assault. She’s countersuing for a medical bill and lost wages.

Yup bc ain’t a way a nurse would complain about someone screaming about their arm being broken. The way she’s saying they were positioned, the heigh of the mom & the gf, wouldn’t prompt her arm to break bc there wouldn’t be a way for her arm to break at the elbow, but her wrist & hand would have been.

@@cartoon171 Based on what I heard I could not pinpoint if he was trying to restrain her and he was too rough or if he literally attacked her. That is a difference. Bouncers have broke ppl arms restraining them at clubs. So since I could not determine I stayed neutral. I also notice she never mentioned any other incidence of violence so that is why I worded that way. But regardless, he hurt her, got convicted and needs to own it.
