Snapper mower not driving? Here's how to replace the friction drive disk!

Hello, I noticed that there's a lot of wiggle. I have a similar issue, is that normal? Or does the whole assembly probably need changing? My frame is from the early 80's.

It should be fine. How does it drive? You can kind of see when I spin mine by hand at 2:43 it has a little wiggle room but it drove fine. It's been a few years and I no longer have it.

Bro i got a 33 yr old Ariens mower off of the side of the road, didnt start i fixed it took the deck off and it does massive wheeles its so much fun but idk how to make it faster still working on that

Yeah the rear engine riders are super light in front with no deck and almost hard to start without doing a wheelie 😆

That's actually the friction wheel the drive disk is behind it looks like a pancake what is on the crankshaft
