I've seen a hundred times other content creators get this episode through without the blurring. Lack of effort in staying within the guidelines of including only limited time of the episode results in this. So don't say our complaints are invalid.

Hey you two! No fighting lol but seriously, I see it from both sides. I can honestly say though that me and my other editor really tried our best with this episode. We did a total of 5 re edits and it was weird because as you can see, the earlier episodes weren’t as blurry. But I’m also thinking of other ways we could have edited this better so that it can be watchable for the others. But I’m so so so thankful for those who are still supporting regardless! Thank Amanda Peet, one of the showrunners' wives, for giving us Pedro Pascal. This show he said is the reason he has a career. She was sent a video on her phone from a friend of Pedro, and her friend said she heard her husband was looking for someone to play Oberyn. She showed the video to her husband and he immediately cast Pedro and the rest is over. Now he's a massive star and says it's all because of that little video he made that his friend sent to Amanda Peet.

I've watched many times, it's comfortable for me and i still limit myself to 1-2 at a time. i don't think i could binge it and not even binge a season if I'm watching for the first time. its a LOT to absorb, facial expressions, so much nuance that the blunt violence makes the nuance easy to overlook. you're catching things more quickly than i did on my first watch, and my first watch was when it premiered. i waited a week for every episode, years between seasons. i saw every episode on a sunday night as soon as it broadcast.

In my language there’s a word we have, called “sayang” and that basically means “wasted”. We use it for a lot like when you miss an opportunity or have buyer’s remorse. This was such a HUGE sayang moment for me because THE MOUNTAIN WAS ALREADY DOWN!! 😩😩😩

It was being coated with poison. Remember the conversation between Tywin and Oberyn? Oh Oberyn. You fell victim to one of the classic blunders - the most famous of which is "never face the Dothraki in an open field," - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Never go against a Clegane when death is on the line!
