Tip # 2... ACV for arthritis, lemon juice for gout. Both will work for fat loss, helping with insulin, and acidification of you stomach. You are born with PH of 1, as you age... about your age it raises to 4/5. This is not enough to get vitamins A,D,E and K. which are in the fat of beef.

Mike my neighborhood friend across the street got a pool table for Christmas. Late 70's, nothing really expensive but a real, full-size table, maybe from the Sears catalog (there's another memory for everyone). We had fun for a few weeks after Christmas, but Mikes mom started using it as a punishment on him. Every time he pissed her off (and for really stupid shit) she would gather up the balls and lock them away for a few days. Well one day Jamie and John (brothers 3 houses from Mike) and I were hanging outside, and we could hear these loud pounding and cracking noises coming from Mikes house. Plus, the chimney was blowing like a steam train. I said (jokingly, I thought) "I bet Mike is burning that pool table cause he's sick of Linda locking them balls up". Sure enough, the next day we go over and the table is gone and there's nothing but splinters and sawdust where it was. He sent that entire pool table, felt, cues and all right up that chimney while his mom sat there and watched TV. Mike was the kind of guy you wanted on your side, he didn't F around and was a mean SOB when mad.

The fireplace is classic I heard that from my mom on at least a couple of occasions. My brother called her bluff when she threatened that to him and he said well let’s throw them all in the fireplace. I don’t think it was ever brought up again.

It was UPS that lost your package. I went to Staples and shipped it. The label was created but never scanned! Someone got a really nice Christmas gift and Birthday gift! Really makes me MAD! Fun video.. we enjoyed it tonight!

Hi Mike. Your stores are funny, and life is strange. Good thing you haven't been driven into the Looney-Bin as some of us have. But when it comes to describing the hassles and low ends that many people put us through, You are not complaining, you are 'Explaining', that's all. It's also amazing how some people will just Never Get It, but we Have To Deal with Them. That may be, the Hardest part of working for ourselves, as opposed to working under a boss. I've always preferred working for myself, and I do believe You do Too. Hang in there n be happy you have family to spend the Holiday with. God Bless, and Stay Safe.

I have no idea what's going on... I have no clue. I start my job early in the morning and am out at 3:30 in the morning so I am in the dark... I am on the road four hours and see a lot of things in the sky... on clear mornings that is. I guess I sometimes hope for something to see... if I watch the sky too much I may hit a deer... not that it is a big deal to hit a deer, I ran over 13 on year and three in a row last year... none so far this year. I don't like running over anything but that is how watching the sky works... it's beautiful.
