Who should have the account, company staff or actual owners?

The owner needs to begin. Staff can be delegated for document uploads only.

Click the help link at the top and submit a ticket to SBA.

I received email confirmation that I started the certification process, but when I attempt to login, it does not recognize my email.

I recommend contacting the SBA directly for assistance if you're referring to the new system. If you had a VetCert or certify.sba.gov login, you may use those. If not, a new login is required. WOSB logins are not accepted.

how do you get an invitation code?

They were given as part of the beta testing program, is my understanding.

You also receive an invitation code if you are assigned a delegate.

[@govconhacks]

The invitation code is also used to invite a delegate to assist you in completion.
