About Below Deck:
Capt. Kerry trades the Nordic Sea for crystal blue waters and stunning waterfalls as he leads his crew in the rich, historical island of Grenada. A disciplined and fair leader, Capt. Kerry has 30 years of experience working on boats and has spent almost two decades in yachting. As he steps on to St. David for the first time, Capt. Kerry relies on returning crew members Chief Stew Fraser Olender and Ben Willoughby to help the new staff find their way around the massive 197 ft. vessel.
In his second season as Chief Stew, Fraser vows to be a firmer leader by delegating more and not worrying himself with befriending his stews. However, his new leadership style may not be enough to wrangle the strong personalities in his department. On deck, Ben’s firsthand experience with the ship causes a rift with his Bosun, Jared.

I agree and she stayed close to Kyle because she was afraid to be alone for fear of Jared cause she knows he is not acting right. Cat when to her room crying instead of going in the hot tub cause she saw the other stew kissing the guy she likes and Kyle and Barbie were together so that left her with no one except Jared as the others left.

Jared’s little power trip over the tobacco packet was created out of jealousy and clearly an effort to assert dominance over Kyle in the presence of Barbie. He reminded me of a chimp in the wild trying to gain a mate.

CJ needs to take the hint that Sam doesn't want anything sexual with him. He has such a big ego that he thinks he is a Greek god when in fact is face looks funny and he has a very nasty personality. Here we go again and my opinion is Fraser and Capt Sandy did the same poor management when Camille was there and what happens the good harder worker gets pushed and pushed till they blow up and can't take it anymore and gets fired and the catering to the one who don't work gets away with not doing anything they should be doing. Same ole script. I am not watching this garbage again. Just because you are a captain and can manage a ship does not mean you can manage people and Frasier is too obnoxious with orders. I think Barbie was afraid of Jared and why she stayed close to Kyle and I don't blame her because Jared is really in bad shape. I kept wondering if he was nipping his own bottle all day. Looks like Capt. Kerry is another Capt. Sandy. Playing favorites and the good workers are abused and pushed around too often as Aesha says to Capt. Sandy it would be nice if interior could get a compliment for once for their hard work.
