Capt. Kerry trades the Nordic Sea for crystal blue waters and stunning waterfalls as he leads his crew in the rich, historical island of Grenada. A disciplined and fair leader, Capt. Frazier is complaining that Barbie is acting like everything is fine when they are over worked with one person down… then you walk by ask how she is doing and continue to walk without her response. Then say great chat…What is she supposed to do in that situation. Scream I’m fine….just say you don’t like the girl and fire her. Be 2 people down.. we see Frazier just walking around. What exactly is he doing…. Then he is complaining the chef needs help. That’s your job. Put some food covers on. Make sure the right order is given to the right person.

I don't understand Fraser & Xandi's disdain for Barbie? She works really hard & her attitude is no worse than theirs. And this dinner service proves that the bad lunch service was not all Barbie's fault, she mixed up 1 order but the food coming out cold had nothing to do with her (despite Xandi trying to make it sound like it was).

She’s got no skills in taking criticism yet it’s the Chief Stews and 2nd stew’s job to do so and once on the defense doesn’t know how to back down nor let go of anything. She’s pretty aggressive in all conversations especially when working unless being told to stop the BS too many times. Then she acts like a victim. Doesn’t know how to be assertive or chill. Thinks everyone expects her to be passive-aggressive when she’s just aggressive. And it doesn’t help that Frasier is the same in many ways. He’s proven he’s not even a decent manager after going to the new girl to talk crap about Barbie. I would never be ok working with either one of them.

They were all difficult to cook for plus they did they best they could under the circumstances of Jill Zarin making her demands as if she was only person there and being an invited guest at that by her friend. But that is Jill, the constant upstage person giving orders and complaining in that whiny nasally voice. Been a long time since she was fired from Housewives and never got back on the show again like she wanted. Of course the worse meal was during the time the Captain was at the table. Why wasn't the deck crew dressed up and helping serve like they always did before especially with interior down a person.

I’m sure these guests deliberately make these preference sheets undo able because they know they are being filmed. Nuts, they are just spoiling the whole experience for themselves. Jill should have been shut down by the primary at the beginning, it was if she was the primary when she was just a guest.
