Tummi I'd like to see you develop your leadership skills more. Have more empathy for your staff. You should be thoroughly training your staff. If by the third go around she doesn't understand how many towels she needs to have in a bathroom ? You've got a problem. You really should have been on her much sooner. IT'S too late now to try to replace her and survive. 😢 I don't understand what she's doing? Don't complain that she doesn't understand or do the job when you haven't trained her.

Completely get what you’re saying but if we speak realistically it’s hard to train someone when you’re on a working active charter. Yes maybe tumi should’ve given advice to her whilst the guest was off. But at least Jess was telling her things to do. It’s lilys fault for not listening to the advice and just sit and act confused. And I get it some people are slow learners and need more help but if you have been told the same thing 3 or more times maybe that job isn’t good for you.

Tumi does not possess Chief Stew skills. She lets Lazy Vile Kyle bully everyone, was jealous of Natalia’s ability and performance as a Chief Stew (she out-stewed with only 2 and trained Jessica). Poor Lily admitted to being a green stew, yet Tumi is frustrated having to do her job and actually take the time to train her…The stews are scapegoating her. Interior is a mess this season. I hope we see the last of Tumi & Kyle. Kyle is the absolute worst!! Horrible irrational bully. Love the Chef and Lara.
