I think it's hilarious when the girl. That was the fourth stew that is now. The third stew got so drunk she had to go the hospital. Everybody was OK with them, but the New Girl has a hangover. And oh no, that's not ok, she needs to get up. She needs to get moving. I think that little girl needs to keep her mouth shut. She couldn't handle her liquor so much. She ended up in a d*** E R. End left the interior shorthanded for an entire cruise. But she's got the nerve to say she needs to get up and work, Give me a break.

Both are Sandy's fault. 1. Lilly. Sandy should lay the law of the land down and say to everyone. Manage your alcohol consumption. Make sure you can work the next day. When she knocked on the door, should say this is Captain Sandy. Not just Sandy. This is why I always admire Captain Lee. More than Sandy. You never see him just wear a t shirt running around the boat. He's always wearing the Captain uniform. Commands respect. 2. The tender. Sandy should go over these things with the bosun and chief and run over their list of things they need during the day. Why leave it up to the two idiots to f it up?!

Tumi literally sees everything as someone else's fault. Always deflection. If she had the ability to self reflect she would understand what's so freaking obvious: she is a weak and green leader. I'm really sorry her first CS role was for BD. It's been painful to see all her lazy mistakes. The crew and audience deserved better.

Tumi isn’t ready for a leadership position. She doesn’t take incentives, she acts like problems with the interior aren’t her problem and can’t do the hard things. Sandy shouldn’t have been the one to make Lilly work that’s Tumi’s job. She is just l Ike oh well about it all. I’d be so annoyed work for someone like her. She might be a good worker but she IS NOT A LEADER.
