Sneak Peek Inside Redmi Note Factory!

I was invited by Xiaomi and in this video I give a Sneak Peek at the Xiaomi's Redmi Factory at Sri City in India where Redmi smartphones are manufactured and see what goes behind the scenes, how the smartphones are manufactured. I also had a chance to chat with Mr. Muralikrishnan B who is the President of Xiaomi India.
Please note this is a #collab video with Xiaomi India and they had invited me to their HQ and the factory in Sri city.

Everything he said abt mi was USPs of mi didn't waste a single second. like he was trying his very best and selling the idea of Mi to ppl who watch Ranjit sir's videos. I'm also from a sales background. it's the tactics we use to get in someone's subconscious mind. Most of them who watched this video are already considering to buy Mi products.

To be honest, Mr. Murali talked a lot about how they're proud of their customer service executives and technicians. I don't think Xiaomi or Redmi have very good service centers. In most of them the employees either behave rudely or weirdly. Also, the technicians I think are only being trained to change the PCBs of the smartphones, no matter what the reason of a particular fault might be

I had the same point to tell. StockOs over shitty UI (adOS) anyday. Mi is making money from these bloatware apps which is screwing it's own consumers. I'd never recommend mi phones to anyone just because of their adOS.

Tell them to not ship phones with short motherboards and updates that ruin motherboards. My x3 pro had failed motherboard just after the warranty expired. This is the single reason I won't touch any phone this company produces ever in my life. Be it redmi, mi, poco anything

look man the phone is actually manufactured in india because the components are locally sourced. and of course not all components get sourced locally (nobody does that; it's not feasible). the gov should have made a clear definition of "made in india" but they didn't i don't know why. But the point is what i just made.

Also, only selling 2 crore + Redmi Notes is not enough. They have to provide good software support and not brick the smartphones or fill them up with weird bugs just after a year of the launch with OTA updates
