Nothing Phone (2) India Factory tour, nothing has a factory in India it's located at Sriperumbudur which is in the state of Tamil Nadu where these new Nothing Phone (2) are made and I give you can overview and behind the scenes about the process and the major steps involved in creating the nothing phone (2) in this India factory.

The same thing happened with the phone (1), it was launched at 30k but most of the phones were sold at 26k on sale. Just wait for the right time.

You don't need to go that far as Poco also uses quality components but with cheap mentality. Nothing will never make a budget device. It's against the company's motto. They charge premium and they provide you premium. So, phone 1 will be the lowest price device of nothing.

They established their brand on the budget segment but they are struggling in the premium segment. Except Samsung nobody has that brand value on the budget and premium segment.

Not really overpriced, phone 1 was released at 35k but later got discounted upto 25k which was killer price and phone 2 will also drop it's price in the upcoming months, even now after the bank disocunts you could get it for 41k which is not really bad deal by considering it's software experience and regular updates that company provides 😅

Interesting Facts about Nothing Phone 2 Nothing Phone 2 uses USB Gen 2 for slower data speed transfer IMX 890 used in Phone 2 is used by "every BBK Brand" ONLY Xiaomi, Poco, Google, Asus, Samsung and other did not use IMX890 in any of its smartphones Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 has 2.92Ghz clock speed and Snapdragon 8+ Gen has 3.2Ghz. But Nothing Phone 2 uses underclocked variant of SD 8+ gen1 which is clocked at 3.0Ghz (just 0.08Ghz faster than SD 7+ Gen 2) Comparing both on Geekbench tests, Snapdragon 7+ gen2 used in Poco F5 scores EQUAL as Snapdragon 8+ gen1 used in Phone 2. So, both chips are literally SAME and Underclocked variant of SD 8+ Gen1 used in Nothing Phone 2 is as good as SD 7+ gen 2 lol For these things, its been sold at 600$ globally or 45,000 INR in India

The machines and the components are all made in China/Taiwan/SK etc. Just being assembled here. Indian companies like Tata and Reliance need to go big on component manufacturing. Tata electronics also still seems to be importing rather than making anything in India.
