Anyways it's possible he's undervaluing Blightsteel, but it's definitely true that not having an immediate impact on the board is a big downside when comparing it to most other targets for things like tinker/show and tell. It's true that when you see Blightsteel on the other side of the board it often wins. But you don't see Blightsteel when your opponent draws it and can't cheat it in, or when they get something else with their tinker or whatever because cheating out blightsteel is just not good enough to swing the current boardstate.

Its sooo matchup dependant... Red and green will often get stomped by it, black need to find sheoldreds edict or liliana of the veil, but white and blue have infinite answers - all the bounce and tuck and exile... Swords, path, oust, solitude, touch the spirit realm, leyline binding, palace jailer, wandering emperor, 3feri, big teferi, fractured identity, brazen borrower, otawara, jace the mind sculptor, cryptic command, mystic confluence... And I probably forgot something. When I tinker for blightsteel I hope I'm playing against some combination of jund colors, if I see a white or blue source I start sweating.

Not sure if someone else mentioned it, but if a room is put into play from say Show and Tell, it's a colourless enchantment with mana value of 0 until a room is locked. Lots of other weird rules about copying enchantments out there, but I don't remember them.

I think in the Oko game, if you’d had the Woodland in play instead of in hand, you’d have a potential out to chump blocking with Elk Emrakul and turning Woodland into Emrakul the next turn. (Elk won’t have Emrakul’s graveyard shuffle trigger I think.) So close.

With dack and converter I was pretty surprised you didn't give the goryo's a little more thought, with Atraxa, Emrakul AND Torsten, also potentially spellseeker? I guess a black card would've been too rough, but you passed on it super quick haha. Maybe you're just too good and fast at excluding the cards that ruin your deck.

Match 1 Game 2, wouldn't through the breach Atraxa and gambling with Palantir be an out to winning. Sure, spell pierce gets you but if the plan is to concede in almost every other case don't you make them have it?
