BK's point about recognizing "open but not opened" is such a great paradigm. Play boosters complicate cut against that to some extent but for cube that might be the most digestible and easily applicable advice I've heard.

My favorite way to watch LSV cube is to handicap myself against a HOF’er. I pause as soon as the pack opens to make my pick then unpause and see what the champ does. I’m pretty on point picks 1-5 but after that the magic happens. Thanks LSV

Yup. That's how magic is supposed to be played, and it shows. You're supposed to know what cards were going around the table, and be able to hate cards or deny people free wheels. It is kinda crappy when someone gets a disgusting pull p1p1, but it really really awful when they are playing your exact deck, except they got every wheel and you didn'.

IDK how that draft went that way, 13th pick gitaxian probe and just here have a steam vents that late too. Pretty surprising no one went for workshop that early either as a build around it's nuts though we never got the nuts workshop into relic draw.

Oko was at 5 loyalty. Grief had summoning sickness from Portal. Griselbrand was a 3/3 elk. The two Forth Eorlingas! Tokens were 2/2. Tokens + Griselbrand attack Oko, Atraxa blocks Griselbrand, Oko takes 4 damage and goes to 1 loyalty.
