As a Muslim, the part at 19:35 particularly throws me off as it perpetuates such an incorrect notion which is entirely a part of culture and not Islam (Just an FYI, The Bible considers women on their periods so impure that whoever touches them must wash themselves.) The verse in the Holy Quran that Sneako mentions is enjoining Muslims to keep away from their wives **sexually**. This is supported by a Hadith from Muslim in which the Prophet (peace be upon him) was asked by his companion about what he's allowed to do with his menstruating wife to which he (peace be upon him) replied: "Do everything with her except for sexual intercourse." The idea that menstruating women are impure to the level that no one may approach them is an archaic Christian injunction which has no place in Islam. Expected better from Sneako but oh well.
