I also wanted to just say that I appreciate that you speak about how your feeling and what's going through your head. You have a large following and you create tons of content so it is nice to be reminded that you are just a regular guy, helps me believe I can somehow find a way to find a path to security and happiness. And more importantly you need to share with someone so it doesn't get worse and turn into a more serious issue because you ignored how you were feeling. Man you are one organized dude. Love it!. You're smart for saving and waiting to pounce on the next housing market down turn. I retired from the FD there in Phoenix and wanted to move to Prescott. Only way I could afford it was to wait till 2012 when the last market and interest rate crash was at its lowest. Now I am enjoying the cool pines in the mountains of Arizona where I get out frequently to shoot and train. Also building my gun room/shop with false walls to hid guns from would be thieves. Looking for places and ways to hide guns off property with current event being what they are.

I’m looking at the same bench because I’m currently going to SDI. It’s insane how many tools I have, I probably have about triple the amount you do, files, bedding kits, lapping kits, action rods, action wrenches, etc. it adds up QUICK!! Anyone who has action wrench knows they are big, heavy, and take up space. The one thing I seen your missing is a vise. For Gun’s, get the real avid gunsmith vise! It’s AMAZING!!!!

you have grown by leaps and bounds with your videos, not saying they were bad in the beginning but I have seen you grow, become more relaxed, and more advanced with your knowledge and style, I enjoy your sharing, and your opinions and thoughts. For me, I like the person producing the video to share some of their life with the viewer jus so one has a little more familiarity with the host, a little more bonding - just enough to make a person feel like "I know that guy, and I respect his words" Soooooo carry on, myself like the little tidbit about your dilemma in buying a house, makes perfect sense to me. Your videos are in the top tier, you are excellent at giving the viewer facts, your opinions, and guidance - giving people plenty of food for thought and maybe a better aspect to addressing their needs. THNKS MAN !

Hold off on buying a home till Biden completely F’s us all the way. I can’t stop laughing at dummy’s saying “this housing market isn’t going back down”. I have a down payment but im not spending trump prices in a Biden economy. Look up the great reset, they want us all permanent renters and he ain’t playing around with getting em what they want. Case and point, getting rid of fossil fuels by making them impossible to afford. If you buy in this market you will have to choose to put gas in your car to go to work and buy food, or your house payment. House payment doesn’t give you food or money. Cheers big ears!
@nathanflower80722 жыл бұрын
Love the idea. Im in the west valley and take donations if you need to make room LOL! I feel you on the housing issue. It's all about timing. We couldn't get anything, 2019, right before covid. We would go look at a house and before we showed up it was already sold. Crazy! We got lucky however. Ended up Apr. 2020 going new build. Signed up right before prices skyrocketed and come closing, lucked out again as interest rates tanked and cut our rate in half. Had we waited any longer, we couldn't afford the home. I hope you get what you are looking for as well. I am with you on the bubble issue. This cannot sustain here. Cost of living is up 170% since late 2019, early 2020 and no one is getting wage increases.

Like what you're doing, I'm all into organization and finding ways to work smarter in my gun room. I just noticed I have the same Liberty Safe that you do. Looking for other alternatives instead of a full blown safe to hold my AR rifles and Long range bolt rifles. Husky makes a heavy storage cabinet with the wire mesh front but can't find where to actually look at one. Keep up the great work, really enjoy your videos.
@MrTylero282 жыл бұрын
I literally just bought the exact setup FOR my reloading setup. I haven’t put the press on it yet. But my system uses a bunch of inline fabrication stuff like case ejector and the ultra mount etc. the whole system was so slick to me that I had to do it! I also liked the idea of storage like you did!

Since you have the financial ability, I highly recommend getting a safe for your components and powder for reloading. You WILL eventually get to where you have a disturbing amount of different powders on hand having it stored in a fire rated safe will keep it out of others hands and keep your house from cratering in a fire. You want to get about twice the size safe you think you’ll need. The 8lb jugs of powder will start piling up and keeping pistol and rifle powder separate is just easier to get to. I’m surprised you just didn’t put a vault door on the room and use the room as a safe.
@TacticalToolbox2 жыл бұрын
I can't do a vault door because I'm renting. But as soon as I buy a house I have big plans.... Maybe even a private indoor range. But I agree on the fire rated storage.... The powders and ammo will be going into the snap safe
@FornicateCircumEtReveles2 жыл бұрын
I have two guns I wanted to ask you about. Have you played with the Springfield xdm elites any? The elite precision model is light recoil and one of the most accurate pistols I’ve shot. And the standard mags hold 22 9mm. And the tracking-point rifle? They are absurdly expensive but amazing set ups. I had a version Remington briefly had called the 20/20. It could track moving targets and all kinds of things you wouldn’t think a rifle could do. Anyway thanks for responding. I know you are a busy man. I just ended my rotation and taking a couple days off. 😎 Be safe brother.

This is one of your best videos. When you shared how not having the organization you felt you need made you feel, the impact on me of your Godlike gun collection was diminished for part of a second and I felt the common woe(s) of any real human ..) You must get the Tim Taylor award for purchasing and needed the largest, most delicious looking and operating Husky chest on the market. It proves that there is always a reasonable solution if the time is taken to appreciate the importance of resolve. Thank you for sharing how a disorganized zone affects your motivation and productivity, I feel a similar pang of anxiety about any area of my home that became caught up in life, instead of the best possible working setup realized.

love the tool chest idea , I actually found a used 60" dresser on Craig's, I use the drawers for organizing , and put a wider top on it I also utilize the space between the top of the safes and ceiling , as well as a tall filing cabinet , again cheap on Craig's I use different pistol organizers , they are foam slotted caddies ,very space saving and finish friendly also , how you pack your rifles you can get way more in than the factory rests indicate , just be gental when loading them as for documents , even though. your safe is fire rated they should also be in fire proof pouches , they are inexpensive and work. the pouches are not meant for direct flame , but inside a safe they will protect docs , film , negatives, photos ,etc the file cabinet is perfect for mag organization, and is still lockable to keep curious rugrats out

I'm a big fan of the rising toolbox top. Just an idea, when you start doing reloading you could mount the reloaded directly to the toolbox top and when you're not using the reloader unbolt it from the top and put little plugs in the holes so nothing small can fall into the holes. You could also do the same thing with a vise for building AR's.
