The plaintiff says he was married to the defendant and she co-signed on a truck for him. He claims that once they were headed for divorce, the defendant stole the truck from him after he served her with spousal support papers, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff is a cheating scoundrel who missed a truck payment, so her lawyer advised her to repossess it. She’s countersuing for a cell phone bill.
