The People's Court

Күн бұрын

The plaintiff is suing the defendant, her ex-boyfriend and the father of her daughter, because she claims he owes her money for an eviction fee and apartment bills. The defendant says he broke up with the plaintiff because he wanted a better life, and he believes the plaintiff is just suing him out of spite.

Because he was giving her his pay check and wasn't in control of what she spent the money on
@Ash-83
@Ash-83 10 ай бұрын
He blindly gave her his checks to pay bills, including the "loan", it's not his fault if she was using it for other things, he paid it back. Also if you set up house and play happy family there is no yours, mine, and ours, there is only ours. The bills are ours, the food is ours, the house is ours, the kid is ours, meaning anything that you don't "lend" your significant other anything, you're giving it to them for the betterment of the relationship. I didn't lend my ex-husband money to buy a laptop when we were married, I gave him the money because he needed it for work, and I certainly did not ask for it back when we divorced because it wasn't a loan. Girls, yes I said girls because they surely don't act like grown women, today want to act like they deserve everything in the world that a man could possibly give them, and the do not deserve any of it, but don't want to do anything for them in return, serving nothing but main character energy when in truth they're just a side quest on the road.

I'm 6'2" and 235 lbs, she made me feel like I was 5'2" and 101 lbs. I learned that day it's not watching, babysitting, or taking care of. It's me being a father and living up to responsibilities! That says a lot about anyone saying babysitting their own kids.

Love that she emphasized "Did you go to court"? I told my ex that it was his job to take me to court. That was after years of me taking the kids expecting to meet him at neutral places and him not showing up. The last straw was waiting almost 2 hours, trying to call multiple times, and driving away with my babies crying because they knew they were supposed to see him and he didn't show up, again. I took him to court for child support and told him to do the same for parenting time. Of course he didn't. And of course he tried to whine and complain that he needed to see them. I agreed he did. I told him if it was so important to him after his actions - not showing up when I made it easy for him in the beginning- that he needed to show he really wanted to be responsible by taking the initiative. These guys like to say women use kids as bargaining tools, but they also play games complaining about child support and acting like they shouldn't have to pay if they don't see their kids, but also not seeing their kids when given the opportunity time and time again.

Too many women stay around with leeches like him. The amount of times cases similar to this where the woman takes care of the man while he sits around, cheats, and doesn’t contribute to the household in any manner is disappointing.
