I’m homeless n got outed out of a shelter because I got a knee replacement n did my year there already. I’m in hospital recovering now. I have a hammock n a tarp n hopefully I be able to get a hot stove for 99 dollars on as I have top n bottom quilt but there so orange hopefully when I buy the big dark tarp will stealth it a tiny bit. Love your videos.

Nice👍💯. That hot tent looked nice. I've seen those before. I've been wanting a hot tent for the family so I can take them winter camping. Actually saving for one, but the one I want is hard to find and very expensive. Mil-Surp 5 man Arctic tent of course...lol... lol...

Nice how you balance performance with cost. As an engineer, I respect that kind of smart thinking. There is always a point where something is good enough, and paying more isn't getting you enough extra performance. Great content!

I have subscribed for awhile now but never got the notification for this one. I never camped in my life but two of my good friends used to go all the time. It was fascinating to see what you had to use compared to my friends. I enjoyed this a lot!

I’ve been contemplating on weather I should get myself a hot tent or not. I live pretty close to the Fox River, and live in Illinois. I’m 65 years old now, and done 13 or so stealth camps. Thanks Johnny.

Awesome vid. My 2 fav things to watch on 1 channel. I've got an idea for you. Maybe you could stealth camp next to a dam and film during the night? Xxx

Welcome back. Spring is just around the corner so the beavers will be hard at it again.

Thanks for posting this, maybe you can bring a thermometer with you, and a clock, for the time, you can film the whole time, just speed it up Post10 does it that way, he also gets good prices on the stoves, and all that equipment, the crazy Russian hacker, reviews all those stoves, and gear. It’s OK if you do different things on your channel, you can cook, share the your recipes, if you’re doing outside yardwork, shopping for new equipment, and gear, we will watch it, that way we still get a chance to see you, and your channel stays active.

Welcome back, at least we know the beavers didn't get you.

Tip for the stretcher higher up the ground. Any ants or insects crawling on the ground smear some Vaseline on the legs, and they will be unable to get past it.

That stove is impressive! Most people don't realize titanium can catch fire. But only at extreme temperatures you could never reach in a stove. But if it does ignite, it is nearly nuclear in terms of how hot it burns and it simply can't be extinguished, it's impossible to put it out with any normal techniques.

Another stealth camper in Illinois. Nice! Maybe I need to start uploading instead of just lurking. Liked & Subbed. Cheers

I dont think that's the NorthGaze, I own that tent and its light weight and not canvas.. This might be the Rock Fortress.

I am from South Africa, and I have noticed that the tents in the USA do not have a built-in groundsheet. Why is that? To be honest, I have not seen a tent in South Africa with no ground sheet. So, if there are any critters like ticks or spiders around you, you will have them in the tent with you.

Most tents here do have a floor. I thought it was very odd that this one did not. He could make a floor for it. Fold the "snow flaps" to the inside to create a barrier to the outside and throw a floor on top of those flaps. The North American tipi originally used bison hide, but canvas, plastic, or...cattle hide would work today.
