I think this is earlier than 1995 - probably about 1992 when the console first launched in the UK.

The only good design about the NTSC console was that you were able to read the labels from top when you had a lot of games together.

Some games were prerendered 3D graphics, like the Donkey Kong Country games. The first prerendered 3D graphics in a game.

the 3d graphics were actualy mode7,however to make that lie coming true, they created the super fx chip for real 3d graphics. but offcource even the mode 7 feature was impressive backthem and the donkeykong country series etc,,, were extraordinairy,but to compare this systems 3d graphics with, the 3do and even the cdi system makes me lought.
