I am glad you liked the paint pot holders, just please dont eat the maker coin, PLA maybe plant based, but it does not taste nice.

And the additives used for commercial PLA are probably not good for you, even if pure PLA is biodegradable and breaks down in the body... eventually.

You did really well with the bitz. The bird on a stick thing was a force rod for a Terminator Librarian/Inquisitor.

The arm/hand was from a plastic Warlord, not a Reaver but that's the only other thing I spotted.

And the missile launcher was specifically the Legion of the Damned missile launcher from late 2nd edition, since it had the sculpted-on flames around the firing end.

The spikes were from an original Ork Battlewagon. I've got one on the shelf behind me.

nice bits haul that bird on a stick is the old force Rod weapon from the RT era inquisitor and daemon hunter terminators also that missile launcher is very special its not a regular one its actually the Legion of the damned version hence the flames on the barrel

I think... but don’t quote me... the “bird on the stick” is a force rod arm for one of the inquisitor in terminator armour models.

The Dogs of War book is one of ,if not, the best WFB Army book GW ever did. Loaded with character (and characters), silly background stories, and some of the most unique figures GW did for WFB. The additional Regiments of Renown they did in White Dwarf were then even better. Looking forward to a Codex Compliant on it. 😊

Rather crazily, I was assisted in converting that model in epic scale with terminator body and librarians head and arm. Very nostalgic for that model in the 28mm scale

The way that little grot on Grotskull's parcel is saying "one more thing" makes me think the thing that will finally save GW and the 40k franchise is the introduction of a new character, a Columbo-esque grot detective solving all the many _MANY_ murders in the setting. He'd turn up in the least expected places too, and would have jurisdiction across all the factions; xenos, imperium, or otherwise - and it'd never be explained how or why he does. He's solvin' crimes! :3

If you're after some cheap comics Zavvi currently have the DC 10 pack of blind box Eaglemoss hardcovers at £15, cheap as I've seen them. If you haven't ordered from them before I can sort you out a referral code that should be good for 15% off. Unfortunately not worth grabbing multiple packs at once as they're not really random and tend to have duplicate content if you're not leaving a gap between pick ups.
