The camera case is so unique. Very neat find for your collection. I loved the old newspaper you had about the Empire State Bldg. I had no idea that even happened. I loved the historical stories you told & sprinkled in the human connection by telling about actual people that were there. I hope you do this kind of video again. I could listen to you tell stories all day. Since you were a police officer maybe you would enjoy doing true crime stories once in awhile. That would be interesting too, especially with the knowledge you have in law enforcement & how cases are solved. Love the story of the Titanic!! The mobile Titanic Exhibit came to North Carolina, and it was amazing to see the pieces from the wreckage, that didn't even looked touched. We were told that anything that was leather, was preserved forever, and something in the tanning process makes it where it won't decay. There was a pair of spectacles, that was in a hard leather case....and they didn't have a scratch on them!! Lots of shipwrecks off the coast of North Carolina too. We are called "the Graveyard of the Atlantic".

Awesome vid Larry. I have a bunch of my dad's old photography gear. Amazing the build quality differences to what is available today. The metal and leather of older equipment is amazing. My dad would have been 108 this year (ironically, another connection to this video is he was born the same year the Titanic sank)... and my parents had a 31 year gap.

Those were really interesting stories Larry! I love that sort of thing. Oddly enough, I live on the east coast of Newfoundland, which is fairly close to where the Titanic went down. We have museums here for it too. One of our bigger local museums, called The Geo Centre, has a room dedicated to telling the story of the Titanic from start to finish. It took me 2 trips and probably an hour each time to read through each wall panel, but it was worth it. You make great videos and I hope you keep at it. Same goes for Mindy. The sniper camera was very interesting. You can tell by the case that it must have been pricey when it was made. DVD's were also interesting on the Titanic.

If you and Mindy ever go to Colorado they have alot of historical stuff like ghost towns, Molly Browns home, museums. It's really interesting for somebody who loves history 😊 also My Dad would listen to Paul Harvey on road trips so I heard alot of the rest of the story. Great video!

Hi Larry I have to say that sniper camera is very interesting I never ever seen one that was a cool camera! The stories were amazing as well I would like to hear more stories and if you have items that goes with the story that would be cool to include in the video like the $1 bill that was compress into the acrylic panels.
