Why the man who assassinated Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin has made an extraordinary court appearance. Incredibly, the sniper whose identity is suppressed, claims he doesn’t care who knows his name, despite being a marked man.

Absolute Bullshit, he was never a trained sniper, I worked with him on a land based drilling rig in the North West in 2017. We were contracting to the company for which he worked as an electrician. Both myself and my mate are veterans, Me in the ARA him in the USAF. Bravo Juliet was a Dropshort with an adrenaline rush fixation. Seemed totally fixated on getting a rush, hence medical support in African countries to base jumping off perfectly serviceable buildings. He was a try hard. HE WAS NEVER A SNIPER!!!!!!! He needed the money and someone offered him big dollars. Anyone in the ARA can take a 300 shot and hit a target. The fact he used two rounds to do it, shows he was shit at the task. He got sprung by sending his weapon off to a civilian armourer for a barrel change, instead of throwing it down a mine shaft like some former rapidly deconstructed ex copper did.

"The fact he used two rounds to do it, shows he was shit at the task" this is not an actual fact. The journalists, witnesses and Police claim only one shot was fired. The story is that the sniper only had 1 bullet. That throws shade on your other claims.

You forget to mention that Nick Martin came off his Harley a week before the Bracovich altercation . He limped into that meeting on crutches which were left behind the bar. You can clearly see him limping after that had finished. I played rugby league with Nick in the early 90’s and he was no slouch in the fighting department and was feared by many . He was a prominent bouncer in those days and it didn’t take him long to make it to the top end of town . Google Brackovich he had one kickboxing fight and lost by KO so hardly the cage fighter that Harvey alludes to but don’t let the truth get in the way of a good story. While Nick had put on a few kilos in his older years and had stopped training . In his prime not many would have been able to handle him and that’s why he would have risen through the ranks of the rebels so quickly. RIP mate

In the realm where loyalty and resolve intertwine, two men stood firm, each a pillar of strength in their own right. Though now one has departed, his legacy lives on, revered in memory and honored for his dedication to family and righteousness. Both navigated a world where the sword was both ally and adversary, yet their unwavering loyalty remains a beacon of what it means to grow up on the streets. I respect both Martin, and Brajkovich.

300m isn't really that far, easy to do with a F88 AUG with a fixed 4x scope & shitty "donut reticule", a .308 with a 'high power' scope as long as there's no crazy wind coming from two or more angles a novice could make that shot with a arvo's training & practice.

Is that right.....out at the Greensborough indoor range in Vic is where much of the shooting practice occurs there and they don't use live rounds....DF can't afford to waste bullets. Also the certification wasn't live rounds either. I don't exactly, but "thousands of rounds every weekend" I reckon is a massive exaggeration?

ok, i get this was a terrible crime, but guys, lets go over some things about ballistics.....i get that for a member of the public or media to think that this guy was a sniper....but.....the average effective range of the australian infantry weapon the F88 Austyr is only 300 metres with a 1.5x integrally built scope. to call this guy a sniper is a bit of an insult to REAL snipers. if you cant hit a target with a modern rifle at 300m i would be surprised. the facts DO matter. he was an assassin, but not a sniper

300-400m isn't really that hard of a shot to make. I've made shots at 300m on a human sized target hitting a group in the centre mass with the F88 AUG & that was without any formal military training I was in cadets. My Dad had taught me how to fire a rifle years before. So with only some experience with a .22 rifle I was able to make consistent shots "on target" @100m, 200m & 300m with a 5.56 F88 AUG & fixed 4x scope with the shitty "donut reticule" I even made a decently small group in the head at the 100m ranged target & only making the group slightly larger @200m target. With a .308 & a "high power" scope unless there are multiple crosswinds a total amateur could make that shot with an afternoons' training & practice.

Now l know why long range capacity rifle are being targeted by WA government. And again they target law abiding citizens that enjoy long range shooting because the criminal element have access to similar weapons. Does anyone see the complete disconnect in that statement? Change the laws to control criminal gangs that simply ignore laws. Yeh l sure that makes sense in some reality or other.
