Randomly stumbled upon this video, really good Shi my man. If you like random stuff check out this small ATL band called Upchuck, they're like raucous punk rock/post punk. Thing is they're actually really fkn good though. Found out about them in 2022, but now they were in the little letters of this year's Coachella, and their latest album was produced by Ty Seagall. They even opened for King Gizzard and OFF!. They have this fresh sound and they have a lot of star quality too. I might sound like I'm glazing but I actually saw them live in Manchester the other week, theyre really good live too! Definitely worth a listen.

i agree with u but i also get it because people naturally hate change and also people want to do the things their favorite artists did-intricate music videos, magazine covers, be on the radio, get blog posts, all this stuff that isn't really as relevant anymore. most of the things our fav artists did when we had that moment of "I wanna be like them!" are long gone and it's hard to process for some people. also video editing skills are a thing some people don't know. i didnt even rly edit videos til like a year and a half ago bc music making forced me lol. but kids these days grew up w that shit so for some older artists (even like, 20s) i think they resist it bc its a new skill and theyre scared of it and they dont wanna look like amateurs
