Allergies will definitely drain your energy. I should be taking an allergy pill daily, but I forget because I don’t like taking meds. Lol It does help when I do though. You can try Benadryl. Zyrtec or claritan for a long lasting one. Diet changes can definitely take a bit for your system to adjust to. Just make sure you’re getting enough to keep you fueled. Protein is key. The only thing I will say is most likely not good for your heart is the energy drinks. I drank them regularly for quite a while. Eventually I started feeling terrible and had weird heart fluctuations. I quit drinking them and haven’t touched one in years. They have plenty of ingredients that are proven to be a problem for people. It’s worse if you already have any type of cardiac issues. Not trying to give you any unsolicited advice. Thanks for the taste test - I want to try the Wasabi ones - love me some spice! Also want to find the freeze dried garlic - prefer the fresh but so hard to keep it on hand without drying out, or the refrigerated ones spoil fast. Hope you feel better soon!
