Before I retired I had a government job that required me to do unwelcomed inspections of private property. I always had a judicial inspection warrant in my possession when I arrived. I sometimes requested LEO support, but never asked LEO to do force-able entry. To clarify, I would knock, ID myself and explain the reason for my visit. they often let me in without a warrant. If they refused entry, I thanked them, left, and returned later with the judicial inspection warrant

When refused I would leave, obtain the judicial inspection warrant, return, present the warrant, and demand entry, most often with LEO support at that point. Sorry for the confusion. I was supposed to try the "softer approach", without the warrant, first. Sorry for the confusion of my earlier comment

If a judge signed a warrant, it would be unlawful. You didn't pay close attention to all words spoken in video. Those officers if they did property damage would get ms. stores evicted. This is why you read lease agreements before you sign or co-sign one. She opened her blinds out of fear for her safety due to officers threats of home invasion.

That's not true. There's a circumstance called "Exigent" when LEOs have reasonable cause to enter without a warrant. It's used in "dire" situations where it's possible that someone is in mortal danger or possibly in the actual commission of a crime.
