I think Jill made a big mistake here, she should have acted like nothing had happened, then check off-camera what Fouldsy said and then just in case apologize

I found this video whilst looking for something that happened yesterday with the same 3, during the Robertson V Williams match nobody potted a ball for 12 minutes "I think they've forgotten how to play" and Foulds and Jill just went into fits of giggles, had to go for a break, I had tears laughing too.
@RobBob5555 жыл бұрын
yes that was because of the comment he made about "no one would play with one hand if they had two ".. referring to williams silly one handed shot he does from time to time lol... we had to rewind it watch a couple of times to see what they were laughing about :O)
@njc845 жыл бұрын
@@RobBob555 Haha that's right, "if they had two" lol doubt I'll get to see it again, didn't have it recorded and unlikely to get uploaded on here. I had actual tears, laughing is infectious.

I'm afraid I think that accolade goes to Thorne and Virgo who have reduced commentary to constant speculation about what might happen rather than an informed view, Thorne's unfortunate gambling addiction dominates his observations with much talk of 'can't miss' and 'certainty' balls and an utter refusal to accept the miss even when it happens. Someone below says Johnson is terrible, I don't agree as he (and McManus) bring a raw and enthusiastic appreciation of the game to their commentary. I've watched matches recently with Dennis Taylor and Hendry commentating, Hendry's not all that good it has to be said, but I remember really appreciating their very light input which allows you to absorb the game with none of the 'where's the cue ball going' ridiculousness which has come to be the norm as a result of the terrible twosome mentioned above and the other purveyor of rubbish commentary, Phil Yates.
