34 seconds in a 200M is dog slow, ROFL…and I think that was the time of Spearman. He and Ato were obviously running slow purposely, but Snoop looked like he was doing a slow jog! Most little high school boys who have never run track and field and began a new season can run about 25 seconds or faster. Many middle school kids run faster than 34 seconds. It’s slow, but not everyone is a runner, so I’m not mad!

Over the years I have developed deterioration and arthritis in my joints, which has caused some mobility and flexibility issues. Makes it challenging to run. I am 49 and working on doing better.
