Very nice! You're getting me jealous with these fantastic snorkeling videos. Last October another trip to Isla Guadalupe to dive with the Great Whites was cancelled due to Covid. I crave getting underwater.

You are LUCKY, I love snorkeling here too, have NOT been able to since 2018, due to bad water conditions at my time of being there. I was JUST here 8/28 to 9/4/21at the exact same time Hurricane Kate was in the Gulf, so guess what, double red flags all week! :( Was this filmed the week of 8/22?

Thanks! This was filmed earlier in the Summer. Hopefully you'll get back out there when the water is beautiful and clear. 😁👍🤿🌊💦🐬🐠🐡🐟🦈🐙

@@thetoneman , I just know the conditions were good pretty much until we were there. Watched the weather weeks before we left, was fine until ol' Kate popped up a day or two before..oh well! Nice vid btw.✌🌊

Hey Toneman...Great looking video! Good to see you're still at it! What are you using for your camera and settings these days...I'm soon due for a new one! Not diving as much recently, but still using my GoPro 3+ Black for fly fishing videos...Hopefully things will return to normal at some point and we can get back to our favourite tropical locations and some diving...

Hey Steven! Thanks 😁 using the GoPro HERO9 Black... settings in the description. Yes, I hope things get more normal soon. Good to hear from you. 😉👍

@@thetoneman seeing all this biodiversity is so amazing..and important! I snorkeled a lot here 15 years ago, seems like it has increased.

The kiddie pool isn’t clear anymore sadly. They closed up that rock wall. No fish or even urchins in there. As of few weeks ago still that way sadly :(

Hopefully it will get better. I liked having the gaps in the jetty to swim through... now you have to swim to the end of the jetty to cross over to the deeper channel side.

Is this older footage? We’re heading back down over the Labor Day weekend. Once a year just isn’t enough. Hopefully I’ll be able to retire at 59 1/2 and move to Dothan Al.
