Snow And Surf? Where???

Best places in the world for mountain snow, a warm coast, and to be happy? Note: This was a self-serving geographic analysis - I realize not everyone likes the same things.
Location Criteria Used:
1) Snow = Within 100 km of a location with at least one month per year averaging over 1 meter of snow
2) Mountains = Within 100 km of high mountains (Improved Hammond Landform Classification Algorithm by Esri)
3) Coast = Within 100 km of ocean coast
4) Warm = At least one month per year averaging over 20 deg C
5) Happy = Top half of happiest countries (incorporates World Happiness Report 2022 key variables of GDP per capita, social support, generosity, healthy life expectancy, freedom to make life choices, and freedom from corruption)

I think southern Norway could have been in this list. The snow in winter is great, and the coast is pretty close too. The sea temperature is the only problem, but i have experienced up to 23 celsius in the sea on the south coast.

I love living in Washington; I get a 2 hour drive to two ski resorts, and for 3 months in the summer I can spend all of my time at the lake or ocean. I do think your threshold for temperature was a bit high/inaccurate tho. I live a bit north of Seattle and we have an average august high temp of 77 degrees.

Great idea, but big fail in not identfying surf areas. The Med doesn't cut it for example, leaving the Basque region, mainly the French as the only spot there. Also some coasts are less conducive to reasonable surf, only suited to extreme surfing and towed spots. Also, the "happy" criteria is iffy!
