One detail that would have been nice to show: Does the lid fit the "cup"/smaller pot? I'd assume that it does... My thought would be to use the cup for something like oatmeal in the morning, and having a lid to steep it, and minimize heat loss, for a while would be good. Thanks!

Lid sits perfectly on cup, too, if anyone wonders. Reviewer forgot to mention that. First generation Mini Solo kit had an all titanium lid (no silicon) and the lid doesn’t properly sit on cup.

How do you like this set compares to your msr titan kettle and toaks 550?

I would say to me there is no comparison. The MSR kettle is really a game changer when it comes to designing a mess kit. The volume it holds for the extreme little weight is fantastic. Thanks for your input, and as always thanks for your subscription.
