He thought these men were fine to be in his presence. Well, they weren’t, and now he’s gone. I’d like to when warning people on who one can trust became victim blaming? Its very strange that someone would sit in custody for so long, then just days before the trial, tell his defense attorney that he was in jail in California at the time of Brad's disappearance. 🤔 You would think that would be the FIRST thing he would tell authorities and his attorney. Why sit in jail that long (even one day) when you believe you have a solid alibi that would make it impossible for you to be involved in a murder.
@windsofmarchjourneyperrytr2823 Жыл бұрын

All of those 4 look freaky. And why should Ben have partied with that one of them if he had his friends with him? I don‘t get why the money was still there. The murderer was hardly disturbed in that remote area. Could it be that this was not even the place where it happened? Ben looked very handsome, maybe one of the guys was interested in him and Ben rejected him. The board may have been a trophy then. Because how would you try to sell a custom board that is related to a murdered person and displayrd as piece of evidence everywhere? I‘m sorry for Ben, his family and friends.

I wonder if this was DA's son or a relative.He will do everything to get justice and might put an innocent man behind bars just to get justice. DA should know that Ben is/was someone's son and loved by many. I think whoever killed Ben somehow felt some kind of a guilt, thats why He/they moved Ben's body to be found.I can feel the anger and the pain felt by his parent's, when the DA not only cancelled the court date and drop all charges and let the suspects go free!!!!?? and all this because of Ben's snowboard. The father have only one option, if he thinks he is not getting justice....playing the character of Bruce Willisi the movie "Death Wish"

I thought that killer's wife, Amy, showed the hint of a smile when she was telling what happened - she didn't look that solemn/sad to me. Not that it matters to the poor family of Brandy.....what an awful loss.

RIP Ben. It’s such a shame that he was killed while celebrating his birthday doing what he loved. Handsome guy too. His parents seem so sweet & kind, I can’t imagine the pain they go through knowing his killer(s) are still out there

Something is wrong with Amy. How can she smile while talking about how her husband murdered a child... chilling.

Im so sick of DAs going after good people & plea'ing or going soft on child rapists & murderers. Parents, dont let your kids hitch hike! In the 60s & 70s hitch hikers were killed EVERY day. Law enforcement put out warnings, Do Not Hitch Hike! You get into a vehicle thats prepared to kill you. You hav no chance of leaving that vehicle alive.

This case is from 2006. Geez how old are the cases shown on youtube. When looking this up. It seems like this True crime daily episode on this case was made in 2016. It seems like this case still hasn't been solved either sadly.

My heart goes out to Ben's parents and family. As a parent, I would have at least bought him a reliable used car to do all his travelling instead of allowing him to hitchhike great distances as he did, sleeping in the woods in the middle of nowhere along a lonely stretch of highway. Even if he was a big strapping guy in shape, there are evil people out there everywhere.

Ben was free spirit. His dad would have flown him bought him a car ect. He was a grown man and he likes to travel like that. It’s hard for us to understand but that’s how he was ❤

It said in the story that there was either a vehicle registration or title with his name on it in his backpack. So he apparently had a vehicle. Most likely he preferred to travel this way as part of his birthday adventure. But I’m a little salty about the fact that someone would even bring up any type of judgement of his parents for not buying their 30 yr old son a car, implying that had they done so, he would have not met his fate on that trip. I’m sure there are plenty of decisions you’ve made and things you’ve neglected to do in your own life that you could sit around and second guess. Perhaps you should stick to contemplating those instead of making such baseless and insensitive remarks about two obviously good people and how you think they should have prevented a terrible loss they’ve suffered.

Ben what a good looking guy You can see his parents love and pride talking about him Is one of this guilty guy called Tracy ? Is the male name ? Is that girl is scared to say who killed Ben ? 10 years ? They try to solve this murder? Parents put the cross ✝️
