pro tip: when rolling out pie dough, give the dough a quarter turn after every pass with the rolling pin, it adds a little bit of extra work but it will help stop the dough from cracking and keep it more circular :)

My mom used to make spaghetti pie when I was growing up but she used the pasta for the crust. She would mix in egg with the pasta to form a thick crust and then top it with ground beef and sauce. Your pie looked great too!
