Fyi-there is a serous amount of dirt and animals feces and urine remnants in snow on the ground that is anything less than about a foot from the ground. Snow ice cream is best made (if you don’t want those contaminants in it) by setting a bowl out the night before and catching the snowfall INTO the bowl. Just a tip. 👍🏻 Loved their makeshift sledding, though-playing the way children SHOULD! 💜

No snow here in sunny Queensland, Australia. Lovely watching them make slides & be slides. My littles & now my Grands use Cardboard from boxes on Grassy Hills. They go Fast. I’m sure they have more fun when they make their own when they are little. Apparently when they are Full Grown too. Snow Angels with no gear, only a boy really. Your baby is so joyful it melts my heart. You guys are great parents.

Fresh snow makes the perfect ingredient to make Hawaiian Ice! Just pack it hard in your hand like a snowball, put it in a dish and pour your favorite homemade flavored syrup or orange juice over it. To make Hawaiian Ice syrup, mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and one packet of Koolaide. Shake well until sugar is dissolved. Pour some over your snowballs. Make several flavors if you want a rainbow flavored snowball. Stores fine in fridge or make remainder into Koolaide for later. Eat with a spoon. Delish! If using orange juice, I add 1/2 to 1 tsp of vanilla to 8-16 oz of juice for an orange creamsicle flavor! 🤗
