Snowfall in LEH LADAKH | EP 5 | Kargil to LEH Solo Ride | Bangalore to Ladakh Road Trip

Welcome Back!! This is Episode 5 of my Bangalore to Ladakh Solo Road Trip. In this episode I started my journey from Kargil to Leh
On the way I crossed a couple of mountain passes - Namki La and Fotu La
Namikala Pass, or Namika Pas, is a high mountain pass located at a height of 3,700 meters along the Srinagar-Leh Highway. It is famous among the mountain passes of Ladakh because it is one of the highest passes between Leh and Kargil
Fotu La Pass is the highest point on the Srinagar Leh Highway, but is counted among the tourist attractions of Ladakh for its wonderful photography opportunities. It is located at an altitude of 4,108 meters on the way from Heniskot to Lamayuru.
The landscapes of Ladakh were amazing as always and I was surprised with the snowfall that occurred on the way to LEH LADAKH. For the first time I witnessed snowfall and it was wonderful experience.
After crossing both the mountain passes I reached Lamayuru Village and saw the famous Lamayuru monastery.
Lamayuru is a village in the Leh district of Ladakh, India. The Lamayuru Monastery is located nearby. It is located in the Khalsi tehsil. The region is also referred to as ‘Moon Land’, due to its terrain's resemblance to the surface of the Moon.
Finally I reached Leh and my happiness was at the peak. The city is surrounded by tall ice cap mountains with extreme cold weather. That's all from this vlog!
